Shipping Policy 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders placed before 12:00 during store opening hours 09:00  - 17:00 will be delivered to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the following day.

When your order is ready, you will receive an email with information and tracking code.

PICK UP FROM STORE

Monastiriou 433, Eleftherio Kordelio, 563 34 Thessaloniki, Greece

Orders can be picked up every day, from 09:00. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING IN GREECE

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using our partner carrier. For orders sent to Greece, a fixed shipping fee of €5 applies if the order is under €50, while it is Free for orders over €50

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using thecarrier we work with. For orders shipped in Europe there is a fixed shipping fee of €30 for orders up to 10 kg and €70 for orders of 10 kg or more.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@niktools.gr with your order number and a photo of the product's condition. We deal with these on a case-by-case basis, but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.

CAUTION 

We do not accept returns on the following products:

• Spindles
• Alezoar
