PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. See below for more information about our returns policy.

REFUNDS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and tags attached.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, first email customer service at info@niktools.gr or call 2310 760 482. After that, place the product securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase, then mail it your return to the following address:

No return will be accepted unless you have contacted us first.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and check the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. It takes up to five (5) business days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange, free of return costs.
